Our first consultation takes place at your home where one of our designers will meet and discuss your ideas, likes and dislikes, as well as your family needs. If you have any pictures of garden ideas at you’ve been collecting, we’d love to see them! During the initial consultation we will discuss your budget and how we can meet your needs with the many levels of services we have to offer. If you have a copy of your Plat of Survey, it can be very helpful to us at this stage of the process.

This total amount will be put towards any service that we provide this season.**
After this first visit if your property is small and straightforward we will email you a formal proposal spelling out what hardscape, plants, labor etc. that we will furnish and install as well as any other information necessary to complete your project. If your property is large, complex or invloves multiple phases, a “formal landscape design” may be necessary. Prices vary depending on the size of the property and will be quoted after the first appointment. We may or may not include a sketch along with the proposal. If you approve of the proposal the next step is to sign the contract, send us a deposit and then schedule an installation date. This date is typically within two weeks of accepting of the proposal. Our highly experienced work crews will install your hardscape and plant materials, water the plants in and clean up the area. Typical installations take one day to do the hardscaping and one day to do the planting. Of course this depends on the size of the property and the complexity of the design. The final payment is due at the time of the installation.
These are dependent on the size and complexity of the property and the design and will be quoted after the first on site visit. We include one revision in the quoted price. Additional revisions are billed at $75.00 per hour.
